The Miami Valley Immigrant Coalition is open to membership and participation by faith communities, organizations, and individuals that are committed allies.

The Miami Valley Immigrant Coalition is affiliated with LEAD (Leaders for Equality and Action in Dayton), a strong, grassroots interfaith community nonprofit organization established in 1992, dedicated to empowering and preparing people of faith to address injustice and create long term positive change in our community and institutions. LEAD brings diverse faith communities together around shared values and concerns to effectively address and resolve community problems.

- Build relationships with individuals and groups in the immigrant community to provide support and to learn about their resources and needs
- Provide support for community organizing in the immigrant community
- Educate our community about immigrant issues
- Provide training
- Provide compassionate services to immigrant families
- Advocate for humane immigration reform that promotes family unity and respects the inherent dignity of every person
